Ciranova Black Tint Maintenance Oil is a maintenance product for oiled timber floors. Ciranova describes it as fortifying and protecting an oiled floor as part of a regular care routine.
It carries a black tint, so it is made for black or dark-stained oiled floors. You can apply it yourself with a microfibre mop, or have it applied professionally with a buffing machine.
Suitability and application as stated by Ciranova.
This is for oiled timber floors. It is not for lacquered, sealed or raw timber, which are cared for differently. If you are not sure of your finish, test a small, hidden area first.
Oil-soaked cloths and pads can heat up and catch fire on their own. As with any drying oil, submerge used cloths in water straight after use, and do not leave them screwed up in a bin.
General good-practice steps for a maintenance oil, as described by Ciranova (apply by microfibre mop or buffing machine).
Clean it, feed it with the black oil, and buff it in evenly.
